Full Details / Description
Probationary Officers (PO) and Management Trainees (MT) are responsible for handling day-to-day banking operations, customer service, cash and account management, loan processing, financial transactions, and administrative work. After successful training, they are posted as Scale-I Officers in participating public sector banks and perform operational, supervisory, and customer relationship management duties.
